I love Datasette but want to be able to use it on a SQL Server database instead of SQlite. Anyone know of any good alternatives that come close? Specifically I'm looking for the ability to easily facet, filter, and write SQL queries in a web browser and have all that information be stored in the URL ...

Not only am I talking to myself on this discussion forum, but I'm treating it as a social media posting website as well! When I use social media, I want it to behave like a discussion forum, and when I use a discussion forum I expect it to behave like a social media feed.
