Instead of creating a monster from salvaged corpses, Dr. Frankenstein instead decides to open a restaurant serving innovative new dishes -- made of locally sourced human flesh.

He manages to hide the source of the meat from the general public for a while, however, the grievous secret is eventually brought to light, creating surprisingly mixed reviews from restaurant patrons.

PLOT TWIST: it turns out Dr. Frankenstein is being controlled by a dead rat pulling at his hair and the whole story is actually the origin story of what will eventually become the fast food industry.
